At The Lampe Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase. If your new fixture doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repack the lamp in its original protective packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and internal padding to ensure it arrives safely.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
